Clean the surface to be coated from dust, oil stains, moisture, and other dirt that could affect adhesion.
Before use, depending on the required amount, cut open the tip of the nozzle and squeeze out the silicone adhesive, then apply it to the surface to be coated.
The 100ml tube is typically squeezed by hand, but the silicone adhesive can also be squeezed into the dispensing machine reservoir for application through the dispensing machine.
For the 300ml and 2600ml sizes, a dispensing gun or dispensing machine is required for application.
The curing of this silicone adhesive depends on air contact, and the curing process occurs from the surface to the interior. Thus, the greater the contact area with air, the thinner the application thickness, and the faster the curing.
Low temperature and humidity can slow down the curing speed of the adhesive. In such cases, it the ambient temperature (not exceeding 60°C) and humidity to assist in speeding up the curing time.
