Based on the current equipment and production processes at Hengchang Silicone, the company is capable of completing the development, customization, and production of molded silicone rubber products such as silicone keypads, conductive silicone keypads, silicone sleeves, silicone seals, and silicone pads, as well as room temperature curing silicone rubber products such as waterproof adhesives, sealing and potting compounds, bonding or fixing adhesives, thermally conductive bonding adhesives, and flame-retardant bonding adhesives, all while ensuring quality and quantity.

The silicone rubber products of Hengchang Silicone are mainly used in household appliances, machinery and equipment controllers, digital products, daily necessities, cleaning and care products, personalized decorative products, instruments and meters, office equipment, security access control equipment and other fields.

We do not have specific requirements for the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), but for customized silicone rubber products, mold making is necessary, and most of the processes need to be completed by machines, which incurs certain machine costs. Therefore, the larger the order quantity each time, the lower the production cost will be.

The production cycles vary for different types of products. Generally, non-customized standard products can be delivered within 5 to 7 working days, while customized products can be delivered within 10 working days at the earliest.

Customization of silicone rubber products requires the provision of 3D drawings, appearance specification drawings, and product quality requirement data. If you do not have the above information, please provide a detailed description of your requirements, and we will evaluate based on your needs.

Samples can be produced through 3D printing, but the samples produced by 3D printing are far from the materials, appearance, and texture of the samples produced using molds. Therefore, we recommend that you choose to make molds for sampling. If the structure or appearance is not completely determined, we suggest you consider making a simple mold for sampling to facilitate modifications and reduce costs. Once the structure and appearance are confirmed to be correct, we will proceed to make mass production molds for bulk production.

Hengchang Silicone provides customers with one-stop customized silicone and rubber product manufacturing services, offering surface coating processes such as printing, spraying, laser engraving, crystal glue, ink filling, and UV color printing.

If you do not have any drawings, you can provide physical samples and shells. We will create a digital copy based on the physical item, which will incur a certain copying fee. ‌If you have drawings of the shell, the customization process will be easier. We will design silicone and rubber products for you based on the structure of the shell and your requirements.‌‌
